Love this place so much! It's quickly become my favorite Indian restaurant in Jacksonville. I dream of their naan! Fast and friendly service, delicious food, and great value. The takeout experience is awesome too. Do yourself a favor and eat here! Bhavish is the best!! Always super friendly, attentive, and has great recommendations!

This is a fabulous Indian cuisine restaurant - the best Indian food in Jacksonville, hands down. The staff are very professional, friendly and provided great service. Just minutes from the Jacksonville airport and lots of shopping other restaurants in the area.

I visited Masala Mantra Indian Bistro today and had a very disappointing experience. The Chicken 65 was breaded, dry, and lacked flavor. Even worse, I found a hair in my goat biryani - and unfortunately noticed it only at the end of the meal. I informed the waiter, but they didn’t seem to care or take the issue seriously, which was extremely frustrating. What made the situation even more unacceptable is that I was still charged full price, despite clearly showing the hair in my food and raising the concern immediately. For a restaurant, hygiene and customer care should be non‑negotiable. The ambience is nice, but that doesn’t make up for poor food quality, lack of hygiene, and dismissive service. I’ve attached my receipt and a photo of the hair as proof of what happened. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their standards.

Having visited the restaurant multiple times, I have consistently been impressed by the quality and taste of the food prepared by the kitchen staff. Their expertise and dedication to authenticity are evident in every dish. The staff is highly attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent service to patrons. The restrooms are immaculately clean and well-maintained, ensuring a hygienic dining experience. The restaurant’s decor exudes a sense of sophistication, while the ambiance remains casual and inviting. A large dinning room is available for group events.

By far the best Indian cuisine in Jacksonville, this restaurant delivers consistent excellence every time. I’ve visited for both lunch and dinner on multiple occasions, and the experience is always fantastic. The dining area is spotless, the décor is thoughtfully done, and the digital iPad menu makes browsing and ordering exceptionally easy. For first-time diners, lunch is a great place to start. The lunch specials offer a generous selection of curries along with a well-balanced sampling of classic Indian dishes. I highly recommend beginning with the paneer appetizer—bold, spicy, and absolutely delicious. In fact, I’ve never had a single meal here that was anything less than outstanding. With multiple spice levels available for every dish, there’s truly something for everyone—just be warned that “hot” really means hot. The staff is consistently attentive, the atmosphere inviting, and the food remarkable across the board. Give this place a try; you won’t regret it.
